hereby most respectfully make application for
charter/re charter renewal as Youth Council of
the League of United Latin American Citizens
Youth Organization. We have read and fully
understand the Aims and Purposes, LULAC Code,
Youth Constitution and By-Laws, the policies and
work of the youth organization. We willingly
subscribe to these ideas and pledge our
unfaltering loyalty to them. We have complied
with all the instructions contained in the Youth
Constitution, By-Laws and Protocol, with regard
to being chartered as Youth Council of the
