USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

For User Name, you can enter a name that you can easily remember each time you want to log into this site. You must enter at least 5 numbers or letters. You cannot use any special characters from the keyboard (like the - or ?).

For your Password, you can enter a word or phrase of between 5 and 10 numbers and letters. You may want to enter a password you can easily remember each time you log in.

For a Reminder Hint that the system can display to you if you forget your password, please enter a word or a phrase that will help you remember the password you have chosen.

IF YOU ARE A LULAC MEMBER(*)

(*) Youth, Young Adult, Associate, Lifetime or Regular member.

An account with new service has already been created for you, to access it you need to login using the following information:

Username (default): your LULAC Member Number

Passwords are lowercase. Note that spaces,-,’,ñ,Ñ, accents and special characters are not accepted.

Username exceptions:

If you are an LULAC Associate Member, your Username starts with an "a" letter (example: if your LULAC Associate Member Number is A-1525, then your Username is a1525).
 

Note that you can set a different username and/or password at any time, once you are logged in, click on My Profile, and then on Edit your Profile to modify the User Name field or on Change my Password to modify your password. We invite you to review your profile and update or complete your information and preferences during your first visit.
