THE VEHICLE
GM will donate one (1) 2006 Chevy Silverado LS
(“Vehicle”) to LULAC (“Organization”). VEHICLE
has a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)
including destination and handling charges of
$31,000.
• GM is not responsible for substitution or
addition of any other optional equipment.
• Designated recipient is solely responsible for
all taxes, title, registration, licensing, and
insurance that may be associated with the
donation. All withholding and reporting
obligations associated with the donation are
solely the responsibility of the Organization.
• VEHICLE is not eligible for GM incentives of
any type or GMAC vehicle financing.
• The VEHICLE is non-exchangeable for cash. A
different GM model cannot be substituted.
• Eligible Recipient must be at least 18 years
of age.
• Display Vehicle may be different from the
actual donated VEHICLE.
• GM will deliver VEHICLE through an authorized
Chevrolet dealer in the United States.
• Production of the VEHICLE is estimated to take
45-60 days. Production of the vehicle will be
scheduled by General Motors. General Motors is
not responsible for any delay in the production
of this vehicle or restrictions regarding
available equipment. Delivery of a
vehicle from dealer stock may not be an option
and will depend upon inventory availability and
dealer participation.
THE PROCESS
In order to effect delivery of VEHICLE,
Organization must provide the designated
recipient information to GM on or before
December 5, 2005 to begin the vehicle
fulfillment process. At that time, the name and
contact information for the recipient /winner
must be confirmed to
GM in writing.
• VEHICLE ordering specifications and delivering
dealer information must be provided to the
Organization/GM by December 23, 2005.
• The VEHICLE must be titled to Organization or
its authorized recipient within 15 days after GM
or its authorized dealer notifies the
Organization that the VEHICLE and all necessary
paperwork are at the dealership and ready for
delivery. If a designated recipient refuses
or fails to take delivery of, and title the
VEHICLE within 15 days after notification, it
will be titled and delivered directly to
Organization. If Organization refuses or fails
to take delivery of VEHICLE then General Motors
has no further obligation to Organization.
